About this website and your booking

This website provides information on Lazy Daisy's Holiday Cottages and allows you to enquire or book accommodation. By using our site or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or proceed with a booking.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Lazy Daisy's or its partners unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute or sell any content without our written permission.

Booking and payment

To secure a booking, we require a £100 deposit per cottage. We will confirm your dates once we receive the deposit. The balance is due four weeks before your arrival. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card. If you book less than four weeks before your stay, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel more than four weeks before your arrival, we will refund any balance paid but the deposit is non‑refundable. For cancellations less than four weeks before your arrival, we will retain the full amount unless we are able to re‑let the cottage. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Check‑in and check‑out

Check‑in is from 3pm on your arrival day. Check‑out is by 10am on your departure day. If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please let us know so we can make arrangements. Failure to leave by 10am may result in an additional charge.

Occupancy and pets

Each cottage has a maximum occupancy as stated on our website. Please do not exceed this number without prior agreement. Well‑behaved dogs are welcome in our cottages by prior arrangement for an additional fee of £20 per dog. Please keep dogs off furniture and beds and do not leave them unattended in the property.

Damages and behaviour

We ask you to respect the cottage and its contents. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement costs over £10. We may ask for a security deposit or card details to cover potential damage. Please report breakages or problems as soon as they occur so we can address them.

Smoking and fire safety

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any building. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette ends safely. Do not use candles or open flames inside the cottages or tents.

Website availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but information may change without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or from reliance on information provided here.
